Parkinson's Disease & Movement Disorders Multicenter Database and Collaborative Network in China（PD-MDCNC）v7.0 中国帕金森病及运动障碍疾病多中心数据库及协作网

In order to promote clinical and basic research on Parkinson's disease and movement disorders, improve clinical research, enhance the quality of chronic disease management, and strengthen communication and cooperation, our Collaborative Innovation Alliance established the Parkinson's Disease &Movement Disorders Multicenter Database and Collaborative Network in China (PD-MDCNC). It is a large clinical database with comprehensive medical information on clinical diagnosis and treatment, outcomes at follow-up, radiomics , environmental factors, biomarkers, genomics, biological samples, and so on. At present, the PD-MDCNC has collected more than 10,000 PD cases (including more than 500 FPD pedigrees and more than 1,500 EOPD cases) and established special cohorts of PD and other movement disorders. The PD-MDCNC has many components, such as the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease Registry (CPDR), the Chinese Familial Parkinson’s Disease Registry (CFPDR), the Early-Onset Parkinson’s Disease Registry (CEOPDR), the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease with GBA Variants Registry (CPD-GBAR), the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease with LRRK2 Variants Registry (CPD-LRRK2R), the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease with parkin Variants Registry (CPD-ParkinR), and the Chinese Essential Tremor Registry (CETR). Cohorts have also been obtained for dystonia, progressive supranuclear paralysis, multisystem atrophy, corticobasal degeneration, etc.
