About

Aiming to promote clinical and basic research on Parkinson's disease and movement disorders, as well as improving the level of chronic disease management, and enhancing the academic exchange, the neurodegenerative disease collaborative innovation alliance has established the Parkinson's Disease & Movement Disorders Multicenter Database and Collaborative Network in China (PD-MDCNC). It is a large database containing comprehensive information on factors such as clinical diagnosis and treatment, outcome follow-up, neuroimaging, environmental factors, biological markers, genomics, and biological samples. At present, the PD-MDCNC has collected more than 10,000 cases of PD (including more than 400 families with FPD), and established some special PD cohorts, including the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease Registry (CPDR) and the Chinese Familial Parkinson’s Disease Registry (CFPDR), the Chinese Early-Onset Parkinson's Disease Registry (CEOPDR), the Chinese Parkinson's Disease with GBA Variants Registry (CPD-GBAR), the Chinese Parkinson's Disease with LRRK2 Variants Registry (CPD-LRRK2R), the Chinese Parkinson's Disease with Parkin Variants Registry (CPD-ParkinR), the Chinese Essential Tremor Registry (CETR), as well as cohorts of dystonia, progressive supranuclear palsy, multiple system atrophy, corticobasal degeneration, and health

We sincerely welcome all peers to join the PD-MDCNC andrelated clinical cohorts. Based on the concept of "collaboration, innovation, co-construction, and sharing," we want to ensure a promising future for PD-MDCNC!
