PD-MDCNC is a large clinical database with comprehensive information of Parkinson's disease and movement disorders, such as clinical diagnosis and treatment, outcomes follow-up, imaging, environmental factors, biomarkers, genomics, and biospecimens. In order to better identify cases and healthy controls, PD-MDCNC also set up a health cohort, including 3000 pairs of PD cases-normal controls, 1000 community elderly cohorts, etc., to carry out epidemiological studies on environmental factors, genetic factors, aging factors, and prospective cohort studies.
